Swandive's Thunder Page

Last thursday was the final Thunder until sometime next month so I won't be updating this page for a while now. After next Thunder I will have the results of all the matches, not just the Horsemen matches. None of the horsemen fought, but a very interesting interview with Dean Malenko took place.

Tony had an interview with Malenko. During the interview Tony talked about Arn Anderson holding back Jericho at Bash at the Beach. Malenko said that that is one of the things he wanted to talk about, and he would not leave the arena that night until he spoke with Arn Anderson. Later that night Malenko came back out.
Malenko then asked Arn to join him. Arn came out with Mongo right behind him. Mongo said that he had been trying too hard for too long to get into Arn's head, and he also wanted to hear what Malenko had to say. Malenko then talked about many things. He talked about how Arn was the one who got Dean into WCW. He also talked about how Chris Benoit and Steve McMichael didn't need the help of Arn Anderson to become great because there careers would only go up from here. He then asked Arn to look into his heart and see what was in him. He told Arn that if he looked deep down enough into himself, he would still find...And then Malenko lifted up the four fingers.
Arn had alot to say in return. He talked about how the Horsemen isn't a club that you join, but that you are chosen. And he talked about what being a horsemen meant to him. The point of his story was that he really wanted to go into the ring again. That he had the passion, but didn't have the tools. He took off his shirt and turned his back to show Malenko a scar on the back of his neck from an injury he had recieved a little while back.

This is just a brief summary of what happend last thursday.
